대체로 만족합니다만 몇가지 아쉬운 점이 있습니다.

이번에 씨에스호텔을 처음 이용하였는데 객실 상태와 주변 환경이 너무 좋아 편안하게 지내다 왔습니다. 그런데 몇가지 아쉬운점이 객실 바닥이 나무로 되어 있고 오랜되다 보니 실내 슬리퍼를 신고 다닐때 미끄러운 곳이 많아 여러번 넘어질뻔 했습니다. 객실 바닥을 교차하기가 힘들것 같으니 슬리퍼의 바닥이 요철이 있거나 미끄럼 방지 기능이 있는 것으로 개선하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다. 그리고 대부분의 직원 분들이 손님과 마주하여도 인사를 하지 않고 지나쳤습니다. 이런 부분은 특급 호텔을 지향하는 측면에서 개선이 필요하다고 생각 됩니다.

멋진 호탤에 서비스 교육은 0성급

1. 호텔의 뷰와 조경은 기대 이상으로 훌륭하며 직원들이 열심히 관리하는 모습이 인상적임. 2. 시에스 가든은 조식, 중식, 석식 모두 이용했는데 친절하고 서비스가 좋으며 음식이 맛있고 뷰도 좋아 계속 이용함. 3. 비어 페스타 첫 타임을 예약하고 감. 페로니는 시원하고 맛있었으나 다른 맥주들은 생맥기계가 잘 안되어 시원하지 않고 맛이 이상했으나 직원들이 대처해주어 서비스에 만족함. 안주로 BBQ세트 시켰는데 맛있었음. 4. 로비 서비스가 제일 문제임. 보통 직원 두 명이 있던데 친절하지도 않고 서비스 교육이 많이 필요함. 체크인 시 남직원 한 명이 혼자 뛰어다니고 여직원은 그냥 있음… 체크인을 기다리는 동안에 마실 물이라도 있으면 좋겠음. 멋진 로비공간으로 꾸며져는 있는데 배려가 전혀없는 터미널 같은 분위기임. 체크인을 오랜 시간 기다리면서 이렇게 환영 받지 못하는 분위기는 첨 느껴봄. 3박 중 둘째날은 물품만 요청해서 받았고 셋째날에 객실 정비 요청하고 나갔다 왔으나 정비가 안되어있어서 로비에 전화하니 사과 한마디 하지 않음. 체크아웃 시에도 체크 아웃이 되었다는 말 외에 인사말도 듣지 못함. 호탤 시설에 비해 로비 직원 서비스가 형편 없어서 호텔의 질이 떨어짐.

씨에스 호텔 스위트룸 후기

숙소자체는 전체적으로 매우 만족했지만 가격에 비해 룸 면적이 협소했고 두번째는 역시나 서비스가 최상은 아니었던거 같습니다(불친절 했다는 말씀이 절대 아님) 씨에스면 제주도에서도 최고가격대의 리조트인데 그에 걸맞는 서비스나 친절도는 아니었던거 같습니다. 이외의 리조트 환경은 너무 환상적이었습니다.

아름답고 조용한 숙소

조경 잘되어있고 색다른 숙소로 추천할만 합니다. 아침 조식도 종류는 많지 않지만 나름 충실합니다. 단점은 1. 야간에 방으로 이동하는 통로가 너무 어두워요. 2. 오토 도어락이 아니라 문 잠그지 않고 외출하거나 잠드는 일이 생길 수 있습니다.(제가 실제로 경험) 3. 실내가 나름 괜찮은데 작동도 안되는 서라운드 시스템은 왜 있는지? 4. 에어컨 소음이 좀 거슬려요.

5성급인데 서비스가 아쉽습니다 1. 체크인하는날 프론트 마스크 아무도 안씀 (체크아웃할때는 씀) 2. 저녁은 레스토랑에서 단품먹었는데 계산할 때 투숙객 할인된다고 말했는데 정가대로 결제함.. 그리고 테이블이 꽤 차있어서 시간이 걸릴 거라 예상은 했는데 서버분이 코스보다 단품은 좀 더 오래걸릴 수 있다고함..(늦게와도 코스 우대인건지..) 3. 조식당 전체 뷔페식으로 바뀜(언제부터 바뀐지 모르겠으나 전날 체크인때 안내 못받았고 조식 먹으러 입장하니 안내해줌..코로나때 오히려 뷔페식으로 바뀐게 좀 의아함) 4. 다음날체크아웃할때 식당 투숙객할인이 안되었다고 말했는데 확인이 안된다며 기다려달라고함 시간없어서 그냥 출발함.. 룸 컨디션은 크게 기대하지 않아서 실망도 없었습니다. 뷰도 예쁘고 사진 찍으면 다 잘나와요. 하지만 다음에는 커피만 마시러 와도 될 것 같아요.

훌륭합니다

다음 여행때도 묵고 싶을 정도로 훌륭했습니다. 맑은 날 그림같은 뷰를 보며 즐긴 조식도 넘 좋았어요. 조식 메뉴도 아침에 딱 맞는 식단에 맛있어요~! 여름이라 저녁에 자쿠지 즐기기엔 벌레가 있어서 조금 힘들지만 오전 9시~10시경 이용하면 벌레 거의 없어요. 산책로 잘되어 있고 직원분들 서비스 마인드 최고에용. 젤 중요한 청결도도 만점 드리고파요. 참 콘센트 곳곳에 많이 숨어있답니다.

숙소 자체는 참 예쁜데, 숙소엔 수건이며 이불등에 머리카락들이 몇개 보였어요. 지은지 좀 오래된 건물이라 콘센트 시설이 미흡하네요 . 그 외에 식사나 분위기는 최고입니다.
