During our 3 day stay our “newly upgraded luxury suite” wasn’t cleaned once. I had to call for towels & trash bags to clean up myself. I do that @ home - was expecting the minimum here. Air conditioning would not shut off on either unit, elevator was down 3 of our 4 days, had to repeatedly request regular coke instead of Coke Zero. Food was meh, we won’t return
