"Property overall very clean, but Ice locations on floors 14, 12, 11 were closed and under construction. I had to go to 10th floor for Ice twice as I stayed on 14th floor. I was ill from 1st night of Check-in from salad purchased at CVS on lobby level.Store mgmt. advised.Unable to enjoy Vegas cuisine so another trip booked for 4/26 at another hotel."

"Room was not clean and was not cleaned well every day"

"When we got there. No one helped out with our luggage or helped with the doors and my room was a suite so was not a standard room. Dont expect help from anyone. And have to watch your bill as they add stuff on which were not used. My sister was charged a smoking fee in room of over 500usd and her husband and her never smoked as they have health conditions. Which was a nightmare for her. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Luxor, it's a good location transit wise with the free tram going to New York New York or the bus stopping right across. Good thing was that you could use the Mandalay Bay Pools. "
