"Sincerely, after some reviews, I didn't have great expectations about the hotel. We chose this hotel for the location and price. But I was greatly surprised by the hotel, the location, the room, the view, and the staff. The only complaint that we had was that the fridge/minibar in the room was not working, but that was not a problem. The hotel was not very crowded, and it was very easy to walk and find all the places we needed to go. I would definitely come back to this hotel again."

"Todo estaba muy bien, pero nunca fue una a limpiar nuestro cuarto en los días que estuvimos ahí hasta que nosotros bajamos a decirles que necesitábamos más toallas y aún así dirigieron a ellos que teníamos que bajar a decirles cuando cuando necesitaban los limpieza que aunque cuando hice el checking ahí estaba la opción que si queríamos limpieza todos los días y pusimos que sí había un costo extra y aún así no fueron ningún día sólo el día que nosotros dijimos que necesitábamos, toallas, fueron dejaron toallas y tendieron la cama y fue todo lo que hicieron y también tiene una actitud de servicio muy pésima. La verdad el lugar está muy bueno, pero el servicio al cliente pareciera que odia su trabajo solamente por eso no les dejaré ninguna estrella en servicio al cliente y el limpieza al cuarto"
