Two handicapped women traveling together, one with leg brace and cane, the other with a walker, we arrived a couple hours early from the airport, before the 3pm check in but the office was locked. Sign stated the staff hours open til 5pm but the office was locked. No one was around anywhere. “Keep looking. There are better prices at the same price point. Location was good. I think it was probably good when it was originally renovated. Now shabby, tired. Someone commented about pillows. They were right - those belong in garbage. Customer service is NOT a thing here. I asked a question. Got a straight up rude NO. No suggestion, no ideas for alternatives. Very self serve here.”

“Capri was a great location and it was clean and functional. We got our checkin details ok and we loved the fact you just have a code and no card key or key. Our only issue was that the shower was very low pressure and so it took ages to have a proper shower. Plus there was a slight smell from the drains in the bathroom. But other than that we enjoyed our stay and then we and bedding and towels were all lovely quality. And having a pool and private beach with chairs you can borrow is an added...
