“House keeping never came even though I left the door hanger up for two days and they spent a long time cleaning a room across from us. Had to dispose of trash and towels myself. Asked for extra towels at the front desk, I was informed house keeping would meet me there, spent well over ten minutes until I gave up. Towles in the room had nasty stains. “Very dirty!! Pool is cold and kiddie slides and stuff in the splash pool is rusted! Bed linens were FILTHY!”

“This appears to be a newer and clean property. However there was a large drop of fresh blood on the bathroom floor between the toilet and the shower. Obviously the floor wasn’t washed before we occupied it. This is a health concern because it is a bodily fluid and blood born pathogens can exist.”
