Thank you Shania for welcoming me at check in and check out. Your kindness is greatly appreciated. I enjoyed staying at the platinum and particularly enjoyed having a W/D in addition to laundry supplies compliments the hotel in my suite. The suite was perfect, beautifully decorated, clean with a balcony for fresh air. The hotel is non smoking which is a plus. Thank you to the doorman always greeting guest with a smile. I appreciated being directed to the best breakfast near by @ Marilyn’s in the Tuscany Hotel & Casino.

We were guests gor pne nught. We found the staff very pleasant & helpful. Our room wzs clean & neat. We reported any issues to the front desk. Vegas is a mess with construction all over, including in front of the Platinum. We didnt plan to drive so this wasnt a big issue.

The most family friendly hotel in Las Vegas. Rooms are roomy, a home away from home, close to the strip but without the noise and smoke. Excellent customer service and great staff and food. It my 5th time here and I look forward to coming back. My CHOICE HOTEL and place to stay. Awesome

Staff was very nice and patient, we personally had an amazing view from our room and the room was basically an apartment. 15m walk from the Bellagio side of the strip. Found an amazing restaurant called Lolo’s Chicken and Waffles a 10m walk away. Based on the room we booked it also came with a bottle of wine. I would lodge here again based on this first experience!

Perfect for our family of 4. Full kitchen and huge tub were great additions since we have 2 kids. Convenient location, away from strip crowd/traffic, but walking distance to strip. Free parking which is unfortunately rare nowadays. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!
