"Even though we prepaid for the room, they gave our room away. Even though they still showed rooms available on other sites, the front desk refused to offer us a different room. We worked late and just needed to sleep for 3 hours, instead we had to sleep in our truck. The front desk was not helpful. We didn't have a chance to call ahead because we were working. They gave our room to someone else, kept our money, charged someone else and refused to credit us. Worst experience ever. Will never return to Planet Hollywood."
