"Staff were excellent. The room was super clean and updated. The only negative was the restaurants attached. Guy Fieri’s restaurant very expensive and the food wasn’t great. And not enough food. Off the strip service was terrible Chayo restaurant could’ve been cleaner "

"Gullet's had great food! Loved the atmosphere. Casino was grea, not too cold considering the temp outside. Bathroom was a little dated but still very functional. Staff was very helpful. One of the better for the price."

"The room was a catastrophe. TV remote never really worked. Reading lights on either side of the bed were broken. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the sink kept stopping up. The carpet looked old, worn out, and dirty. We did get a $50.00 refund. We wanted to leave a day earlier, but would have had to pay a large penalty. The pool had only a few lounges and no shade. The shaded double lounges cost $150. a day and came with a $100. food and drink bill! $250 to rent this shaded area for the day. Ridiculous. We are never staying there, again. "

"The good was the casino and exterior. Mon Ami Gabi restaurant was excellent. The room was tired - the rug was old and the woodwork was all chipped. The pool was crowded with loud music and no umbrellas. You could rent a shaded seat. Go to the pool early to get a chair. "

"We were put in the adjoining property, the W. The room was very spacious and clean. Dual sinks, soaking tub and nice shower. They only got a 4 out of 5 because you had to hike to get anywhere in the property staying in the W. But everything is a hike in Las Vegas. "
