"Great place"

"The rooms were very clean. The checking process was fast. There were many places to eat for all budget. I did not like the time share people, I felt I had to avoid walking where they were because they will get us everytime we walked by them. I did not like how far the rooms are from the elevador abd the pool área."

"Always a great stay. This is actually my fav hotel in Vegas. Valet parking and in the middle of the strip."

"The pool was great. When I did check in at the kiosk, get asked if I wanted room service and I answered yes and it told me I was gonna be charged extra for it and I clicked OK to that. That room service never came and cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. And we definitely did not have the do not disturb on the door."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Excalibur. The hotel offers a prime location and excellent amenities. Although our late flight resulted in our original King room being unavailable, the front desk staff handled the situation perfectly. We were moved to a Double room, and the representative was kind enough to provide a $100 resort credit for the inconvenience. To top it off, the view from our new room was absolutely stunning. If you are looking for a great stay in Las Vegas, I highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be returning!"

"Didith at the front desk was quick and efficient with our check in and a great face of Horseshoe Casino and Hotel. She was thoughtful, kind and friendly!!!"

"I stayed at Aria Resort & Casino for 4 nights and honestly expected much better service for the price we paid. On Sunday, we left the room around 8 AM and didn’t return until about 4 PM, only to find that our room had never been serviced. I called the front desk and was told they could not guarantee a time for housekeeping, which was frustrating considering we had been out almost the entire day. To make matters worse, we were left without clean towels until Monday morning when we checked out. For a luxury resort with premium pricing, basic housekeeping and guest service should not be an issue. The prices simply do not match the level of service provided during our stay. I’m sure management will respond with the usual apology and promises to improve, but after reading through many similar reviews, it seems situations like this continue to happen regularly. Hopefully future guests receive the level of service that the resort claims to provide."
