"The rooms are small and the first one was gross and dirty so had to go and change it. No space for luggage, phone in the room didn’t work, Halls are dark and could use some lighting. Didn’t even attempt the pool. "

"The automated check in is quick and easy. Finding the self parking and then finding your way to the correct elevator to get to your room are challenges. The room was nice enough and clean. Our gripe: no refrigerator or coffee maker. "

"During check-in, it was a problem because my room wasn’t ready yet. I had called Expedia to add my niece name to my room but the representative combined our name together making it difficult finding her name. I also asked for early check-in for my niece, which wasn’t annotated. We ended up getting a different room in another wing away from my other family members. I learned that the room we were supposed to get, the previous occupants decided to stay for another night, so we had to wait until a room was available for us. Overall the stay was fantastic and we enjoyed our time there. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staffs were nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying at the Bellagio resort. "
