The person who checked us in, Sophia, was amazing: efficient and friendly. She answered all the questions we had about catching the shuttle after returning our car. Great customer service! I have stayed at this hotel about 8 times and we never have any issues. Quiet hotel off the Strip but not too far from the Strip- which is what we want. It's very close to the LV sign. Thank you to Irma! She is extremely professional and helped us out. The shuttle service was also very good and Larry was friendly. Overall this hotel is very good and the rooms are very clean.
