"The stove in the hotel's kitchen was broken so there was no hot food for both of our breakfasts. Also, no hot food for both of the manager's socials. In addition, at the second social, the beer keg was empty and the replacement keg was all foam and warm rendering it undrinkable. Therefore, no beer. Many unhappy guests. It seems it would have been appropriate to offer guests a rebate or some sort of compensation for these difficiencies. Also, our room carpet had two holes in the carpet. ...

"I would give them 5 stars but since I have 5 nights reservation 7/16-7/21, I was told at check-in that my room would be clean on the 4th day (7/19). After returning back from a long day of sightseeing and hiking, I can to a room that was not clean. I immediately went to see front desk, and I was told that housekeeping attempted to clean my room on 7/18 but I had a “Do not disturb” sign on my door. Mind you that the change in the cleaning schedule was not communicated to me. Front desk mediated...

"I "specifically" requested receipt to be emailed but I never received. Today I had to submit my expenses and wasted so much time in calling them and following up. Such a waste of time. I travel almost every month so I really do not have time for such wastage of time as it all adds up... just NO NO for me!"
