"Family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children, 8, 6 & 2. We made it work, but definitely couldve used a pullout couch or a roll a way bed. We loved how this place was so open, clean and the renovations are top notch. Great price and lovely pool and 2 chicks breakfast was so delicious! "
"My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at Hyatt Place Reno. Every staff member we interacted with was professional and friendly. Our room was large, modern and very comfortable. We enjoyed the modern furnishings throughout the hotel and loved the outdoor seating options. The optional breakfast was beautifully presented with many food choices including sausages, pancakes, French toast, eggs, fresh mixed fruit and vanilla yogurt with multiple toppings to add. Our only disappointments were with the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was apparently closed for repair, although there wasn’t a sign stating so, and we discovered this when we stepped in to cold water. The pool was large and kept at an adequately cool temperature, but the water had a terrible odor which made us question the cleanliness and upkeep. We look forward to a return visit to this location which is located conveniently next to great shopping, dining and entertainment. "
