Staff are very friendly. The facility is undergoing a renovation and our building hadn't yet been hit. Furnishings and general condition are dated but clean. The beds were remarkably comfortable, at least for us. If staying downtown near the museum and official buildings, you can't beat the location or the hotel itself.

This property is dated but for the price, it’s a good deal. Having said that, this property is also currently going under a renovation. This was the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s probably by far the largest property in Carson City downtown. They have several buildings. I stayed in their roomy king suite. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back and look forward to the renovations!
