"First the positive: Location was great - a short drive to town. Management company was professional and responsive. The bottle of wine in the welcome package was a nice surprise. The oversized TV was great. However, I have to say that for the price we paid, we were expecting better. Visibly dirty carpet throughout the unit -- not consistent with the photos.
