"It was a few things that were wrong but the fact you charged me a resort fee and there was no resort is crazy . The pool was down the cabanas were down the whole resort area was closed. My room looked clean for face value but the tub was dirty and my sheets had blood on them this was absolutely not a good stay"

"Our room was not ready the 2nd day after we returned from our day at 4:30pm. We were told to give them 1.5hrs. We went downstairs and walked around almost two hour while waiting, yet the room hadn’t started cleaning . There were a few times of back and forth waiting for our room to get cleaned. Disappointed with this experience as we were tired after a long day, otherwise everything was good. One more thing, the bodywash soap dispenser was not filled when it was emptied. "
