"I stayed at The LINQ Hotel for 5 nights, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing.
From the very first night, I reported several issues in my room: the phone was not working, wall lights were not working, the TV remote was not working, and the room safe was not functioning. Since the safe was broken, I could not securely store my valuables, which made me feel uncomfortable during my stay.
I reported these problems on the first night, but they were not resolved for approximately 72 hours. During that time, I repeatedly followed up with the front desk and was told that someone would come to fix the issues. Eventually, maintenance arrived and resolved them, but no clear explanation was provided for the delay.
What was most frustrating is that the hotel still charges the daily resort fee, even when several room amenities and services are not functioning properly. When I raised my concerns and requested compensation for the inconvenience, I was only offered a $30 hotel gift card, which could only be used within the property.
I expected a much better experience and faster response from a hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. Unfortunately, the lack of urgency in addressing basic room issues negatively impacted my stay."
