"The check in experience was horrible. It's a self check in and the computers weren't working and there was alot of angry people. The hotel needs upgrading, the bathroom was dirty. I don't think I'll stay here again."

"Room and bathrooms were dirty and smelly. Strong cigarette and weed smoke smell on our non smoking floor. No housekeeping over the four days we were there. No place to speak to anyone about issues. No information in the room, no maps, escalators didn’t work most of the time. "
