“I’m not even sure how this hotel passes brand standards. Our room smelled terrible, the door and the trim in the bathroom was completely warped. The outside area has not been up kept. I had a screaming toddler and we were exhausted and that is the only reason we stayed where we were. ”

“Supposedly they were updating the rooms at Casa Blanca however, you are lucky if you actually get an updated room! The only time that I have actually stayed in a nice room there was when I booked through the Casa Blanca Website. If you book through Expedia, they give you an old worn out room. The air conditioning units make horrible noise even when they are working. The bathrooms are moldy, counter tops are chipped, flooring is worn and stained, linens are dingy and mattresses/pillows are old. ”
