"We paid extra for a room upgrade on check in, the room was poor and very old looking. We had a great big sticker on the outside of the window making it hard to see out of, and after paying more for a view. The location is good, but i expected more from a strip hotel."

"The main concern was a busy concert weekend and the hotel was not ready for the volume of people. Laing the $50 resort fee should at least get you a chair at the pool. We had to wander around for an hour. People would save chairs and not be in them. Then, our elevator wing had only half of the elevators functioning. After the concert, it was a mob of people trying to get to their room, waiting in lines. "

"Pyramid cafe was awesome for us! Instead of No coffee machine in a room, we enjoyed Breakfast with unlimited coffee in this cafe🎶"

"Very good value. The property and rooms are kept very clean for the age of the hotel. It seems very secure. The casino was fun and parking is easy. It was good to see security staff patrolling the parking areas regularly. When I visited the cafe they were a bit understaffed and I was told I could not be seated for a long period of time even though a whole section was empty. There is a food court as an alternative. The lobby, gift shop, and casino staff are friendly and helpful. I’d stay there again."
