The never cleaned the room, at the check out they told us it wasn’t included in the fee. First time I ever heard that! And they didn’t even offer the possibility of paying for it at checking in.
One morning we woke up and there was no water to bathe! Awful! After insisting, on our third call to complain around 10:30am! They finally offered a solution of bathing in there spa! We wasted all morning!!
