"Checking in is now 100% kiosk which is absurd..no cash allowed. Kiosks only take cards. The attendants at the kiosks are clearly frustrated and very short tempered and rude. I refuse to EVER deal with the non personal business oh and absolutely NO amenities in the room...the towels are equal to sand paper...extremely disappointing "
