The bathroom door had hand marks; the toilet floor were so dusty. The sink: there was a toothpick by the sink’s mirror, the faucet had water marks like when you don’t wipe them forever. “It was nice and quiet. It just seems that all the repairs done in that room were visible all the patches in the restroom. The door had a horrible drag. The toilet was crooked, was off to the left. The beds were great and so was tha A/C. I loved the chairs and table that were provided they were comfortable. The lamps were old but worked.”

“The manager was very disrespectful, rude to me. She told me that she was yelling at me after every time I come to Odessa I booked this hotel. I had to go and bring my belongings. The truth is that I have an Expedia customer and nothing had ever happened to me on my trips. I don't know how these hotels can be in the name of uatedes.”

“During our stay the front desk was not monitored. Not only is this a safety concern, but one gentleman had been waiting 30+ minutes to check in. We wanted to purchase items from market and had to write a note to charge our room. It was just strange!”
