Another clerk, (young girl with shorter hair), was rude when I had overslept one day & asked what time housekeeping left for the day. This hotel is in need of a remodel and cleaning was poor. Staff at check-in was courteous and friendly. Faucet leaked, refrigerator made a noise, toilet was dirty, counterop had water stains. I did not notify the staff because we checked in quickly and had a child to get to sleep.

I loved the customer service from all employees. Everyone was amazing and helpful. I slept like a baby. The only thing that was iffy was the swimming pool. You can tell it hadn't been clean in a while but we were so hot we jumped in and had fun.
