It was close to everything in lower Manhattan. Close to all the Ferries and sites as well as the subway. The room didn’t look or feel clean. Concrete floors were sticky. The staff were helpful. I would not stay here again for the price and location.

Great location to check out the Battery and statue of Liberty. Also walking distance to Brooklyn Bridge. Room was decent size. Bathroom super slippery and no bath mat so wouldn't be suitable for anyone elderly or infirm.

I booked for two people. There was one towel and one wash cloth in the room- had to ask twice for more linens. The walls are very thin. We could hear the party across the hall from us all night long. The rooms are described on the website as luxurious. They are far from that! However, the bathroom and bed were clean. The cement floors, the cabinets and closet door were in rough shape.

Decent stay but not comfy beds or flooring. Bathroom decent albeit not easy to shelf your toiletries for use. Staff is amazing and the best part.

il mio è un voto di incoraggiamento verso la struttura perchè prima di partire ho letto recensioni pessime ed ero spaventato, ma invece siamo stati abbastanza soddisfatti. Intanto è una delle poche strutture che non ti chiede anticipi o carta di credito per prenotare, ed è cancellabile fino al giorno prima. Il prezzo è uno dei migliori che ho trovato per stare sull'isola di Manhattan ed avere bagno privato! La posizione è davvero ottima, sotto l'hotel ci sono diverse linee metro oltre a diversi locali per fare colazione. il 9/11 memorial è a 5 min a piedi. Stupendo anche il pub o'hara per bere qualcosa. La camera ha uno stile industriale minimal che ci è piaciuto, è molto grande e con addirittura il terrazzo. Il bagno molto carino e ristrutturato da poco, con doccia spaziosa. Unico neo è effettivamente la pulizia che potrebbe migliorare, la camera viene rifatta su richiesta (è scritto nella descrizione su expedia cmq) e fanno un po' di confusione con i teli bagno, ne manca sempre qualcuno.

I was a little uncomfortable with the curtain in the room being so stained/discolored with Lord knows what and how thin it was for being the curtain to a shared balcony with the next room over. The floor was a little sticky, not sure what that was about. Check in was easy and the closest parking garage was fairly priced/walking distance. The hotel location is ideal for visiting the lower manhattan, especially ground zero area but overall I’m not sure if I would stay there again. The price:cleanliness was poor and that should be a bare minimum expectation.

While convenient to the financial district, the staff barley speaks english and that makes it hard to commincate. The 1st night pur room had water pouring in from thr ceiling. We were on the 2nd floor and no rain. So i had to be coming from the 3rd floor bathroom directly above. It was a flood. We had to change rooms, obviously. The remote to the tv was broken, and only 1 single towel provided in the bathroom.

The room was fine, decent amount of space and great to have a desk and kitchenette. The staff was lovely. The location in Tribeca was excellent. However, unfortunately I didn’t sleep well all five night due to near-constant hear noise near the elevator (occasional loud bangs), adjoining room next door (people partying at full volume past 6am), and through the window to the city streets where trash collectors made significant noise starting as early as 5:15am for hours and Rector St subway could be heard both early AM and late night from down below. Also, I had to ensure smells of smoking from the adjoining room through the night and early morning.

If you wanted to watch any type of sporting event (college football) you had to pay for it. The tv did not have normal channels. The room was dirty. Overall a terrible experience!

The pros - Hotel is in a great location. Bed is comfortable. The cons - Here we go. Staff doesn’t care you are there. No hello, no nothing. Went on break during check in and we waited in the lobby for 20min to check in. They also do their housekeeping at 10pm. Our room was directly beside the linen closet and we could hear the door slamming multiple times and keeping us up at night. With that being said, housekeeping is pretty non-existent. Doesn’t seem like a vacuum cleaner has ever met the rug in the room. It was disgusting, covered in food and crumbs from the previous guests. Walls were filthy, bathroom was mediocre. There is no point to the kitchen as it’s completely empty anyway. We wished we’d paid for the Marriott next door..

Bit noisy outside with all the sirens and construction traffic as well as deliveries and refuse collections. But managed. Flooring in the room was a bit basic as just concrete. On the last night the room next door had the tv loud and it was not great, not much sound proofing. Convenient for places to eat without going too far.

I love the simplicity of this hotel. The price can’t be beat. It felt like my own loft apartment. However the walls are very dirty and grimy. I went to the store and bought a bottle of disinfectant counter cleaner and used a wet washcloth and spent less than an hour wiping the walls down. After that it was all good. Room 23 is now clean! I also bought my own comforter for $18 (twin size worked great for king size bed) and I felt it was cleaner. Overall I still saved over $1200.00 on my hotel costs. Staff were great except the fact that they often clean other rooms in the middle of the night and it gets noisy. I will stay again.

I stayed in room 307 and my parents in 305. The reason I gave such a low rating is because on the first night, the sheets had an odd sweet smell and there was a brown stain on the blanket. I couldn’t call the front desk since the phone in the room wasn’t working. The next day, when we returned to the hotel in the late afternoon, our room still hadn’t been cleaned. When I asked about it, I was told that housekeeping is only done upon request (at no charge, but still needs to be requested).

Pas de ménage dans la chambre, les lits non fait Limite sale. Obligé d’acheter des tongues pour marcher dans la chambre. Télé qui se met en marche seule la nuit. Pas assez d’aération dans la salle de bain. Serviettes toujours humides. Je ne recommande pas cet hotel
