Room was clean and comfortable, but don’t let them put you in room 121 directly under the back stairs You can here all the foot traffic going through the back door that loudly slams shut with every entry/exit.

This property is safe and clean. You aren't really near anything so plan that accordingly. Pool was clean and open until midnight.

No one cares
Went for an event men’s room in the hall area never got new paper towels even after asking 5 times. Place has supposedly sold, new owners not there yet and old ones don’t care any more. Never got a final bill just money missing from my account.

Absolutely false statement, There is someone always at the desk to print you your charges, just like every other guest do everyday. I apologize for the paper towel, but there are four other bathrooms that you could've gotten paper towels from instead of making a statement as if no one cares. All the staff and owners work very hard to show up and be there for you so just because there was no paper towel, does not mean we do not care, there also was an attendant in the conference room as well that could've assisted you.

Good location and great breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Only problem we had was our carpet was wet from a leaky air conditioner unit. They offered to move us to a different room but we were all unpacked and our toddler was asleep for his nap. Since we were leaving for most of the night and taking off early the next morning, we stayed put. The room also smelled (probably from the wet carpet) and TV didn’t work.

There were dead bugs in the bathroom in our room. The beds are too high, if you’re short you can’t even sit on the edge. Although they were very nice, breakfast staff wasn’t prepared for the amount of people there for the weekend, and buffet was empty often. The man working the desk when we checked in and out was not welcoming or friendly. We will not stay here again

They have no vending machines or pop machines. Exspensive stay with no pop even lol

Thank You for your stay! We have a store right next to check in where we sell candies, chips and pop. With many hotels now there is not POP machine, there are stores now.

The hotel said my credit card number did not match their record. I paid Expedia on Oct. 14 and showed the hotel a copy of my paid receipt. They asked to see my card. I have a Visa. They said their record showed a Mastercard. they took a picture of the Expedia receipt and wrote down my Visa number and security code. When I checked out yesterday I was given a receipt. I did not look at it until I got home. The hotel billed him. Now I have two room charges in my credit card. I am very upset about it. I will put a stop payment on the hotel charge. My charge with Expedia was posted on Oct 14 and now the hotel has charged me again.

Constantly slamming doors, loud stomping above us at all hours, inconsiderate guests and inadequate seating for breakfast made the stay less than enjoyable. People should know the unspoken rule: Eat your breakfast and move on to enable other people to have a place to eat their breakfast. The tiny lobby is NOT designed for family reunions.
