There is good night view.
바다를 끼고 있고 건너편에 고층빌딩이 있다보니 경관이 좋아서 만족스러웠습니다. 공항버스를 운영해서 체크아웃 후에도 편히 공항에 도착할수 있었네요. 출국 전 보스턴 여행을 계획하시는 분께 추천합니다.

Was given a handicapped accessible room. No towels in the room. In a closet across the hall. Very little counter area for toiletries. Shower head was difficult to control from lack of use? TV remote didn’t work well. Paid over 500 dollars for one night. Our experience was not worth the money.

Next to airport for a 530 am flight —free shuttle every 20 minutes. Bathroom tub backed up n didn’t drain well. Great view of the waterfront n skyline. Took a $15 water taxi to North end for a fabulous pasta dinner. Far better than Lyft that got lost taking me back to hotel.

Estuvimos bien. Cercano al aereopuerto para pasar la noche. Cena muy buena en el restaurante y buena atencion. Lo único malo fueron las almohadas. Habia 4, dos de ellas parecian sacos de cemento y las otras dos completamente vacias, imagino que de vejes y mala clase. Eso impidió que durmiéramos cómodos.

It is located at the airport, so there are limited dining options. Getting back and forth from Boston could be tricky. The hotel does run a shuttle, which helps. Otherwise, everything is perfect. Beautiful property and we had a harbor view room. Also very helpful staff

We loved the view of Boston Harbor from our window. Breakfast was very good at the restaurant. Conveniently located to catch the ferry to Downtown. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor is a very good airport layover hotel. The hotel was well maintained, clean, and the staff helpful and friendly. The price was a little high for my budget but a good choice for a stop over coming back from Europe. There is an additional $25 destinations fee that comes with a $20 credit for dinner. I used it to bet a surprising good hamburger.

We really liked the convenience of already being at the airport for our flight the next day. Staff was outstanding. Great service. The meal in the dining room was great as well.

Great staff at check in, decent food at the hotel restaurant (that’s saying something for hotel food!) and fabulous harbor view room. Very clean. We left very early (5:30 am) to take the complimentary shuttle to Logan Airport. The shuttle arrived right when we got to the lobby and there wasn’t a crowd waiting to get on. All good!

Quick trip option approved We were in town for a Red Sox game 6 miles away and staying overnight. Even though the hotel was at the airport, I didn’t hear any flight traffic. Ferry ride on the weekend a little ($15 each way) pricy due to slow water taxi traffic, but worth the experience. Look forward to another quick trip to take advantage of the dining option at the hotel (great menu!) Free airport shuttle

The shower door did not stay closed. It kept sliding open as i showered. Had to put my foot as a stop so it wouldnt be wide open while showering. For the cost of staying at this hotel it seemed run down. Little things like this should be fixed. Room 1023.

The rooms are poorly designed- no desk and chair, no place to plug in computer, only one spot to unfold suitcase, limited counter space and towel racks in bathroom, difficult to access toilet paper but great view of harbor. Room with King bed is designed for one occupant not two.

The good: Beautiful location right on the water across from the Seaport. Nice walking paths in the area. Good shower, water heated quickly. Very nice staff. The not so good: rooms a bit long in the door. Room could use fresh wall treatment. TV choices limited. Heating/cooling system not user friendly. Litter and trash around the entry area.

Property is in a great location, close to the beach and surrounded with a variety of amenities and restaurants. There are only two elevators but the staff do a good job at getting everyone to their floors. The penthouse has a wonderful view and it is very quiet. Unfortunately the maintenance of the rooms is very poor. Extremely cheap furniture, dirty vents, scratches and dented walls, bedsheets are not clean. It was very disappointing.

We have 3 elevators, not 2, and we are not located on the beach and there are no restaurants next to this hotel.
