Great beach and diverse food options
Most of all, the beach is so beautiful in emerald color and crystal clean. Don't have to be fixed at in-house water parks or kids cafes. There are fun waves so that little kids can play on a bodyboard. Foods are great with diverse options.

The hotel is dated and does not feel like a 4 star place. The property has great service and accommodating staff, however, the food was mediocre. My whole family ended up getting sick on day 2-3 of our trip. The 6th floor lounge that is sold as an all-inclusive upgrade is not worth it - it’s a room with a pool table and a snack bar with same alcohol that’s available in rest of the resort although the upgrade claims to include top shelf alcohol. Should be accessible by all guests to be honest.

Overall, the facilities were clean, and people were very friendly. The pool was average at best. I’ve had so much better pool experience and every other hotel I’ve stayed in. Concierge were never available when we needed them. Food within the all inclusive was just average. I did not like that associates were trying to upsell us on everything from food to cabana to spa at every time. It was very annoying and uncomfortable.

Nice resort. well kept. Food, mediocre at best! same for drinks! Below average to fill the term "all inclusive'. Yes all included, but what's all? Poor quality of food and drinks! Toilets clogged, sink in bathroom clogged, our room was not cleaned or made the day prior to check out. Advised front desk, and they sent someone at 9pm to clean, we were already sleeping, this individual decided to open the door and disturb our rest. The only positive thing that I will say is the do employees do have a great "can do" attitude! Kudos to Candelario, a waiter beach side, who had a great and friendly approach.

Attentive, respectful and friendly staff. Different dinning options. There is a variety of food available at all times. Clean room and change towels everyday. Pool entertainment as well as night shows and live music was fantastic. I will definitely visit this property again.

Everything was excellent from staff to food to customer service except for the pricing of the merchandise in general and the gift store. I totally got that prices are higher since it’s based in the resorts however personal care items such as sunscreen, lotions and shampoos were overly priced. Get ready to pay five times more for items like that. Other than that, it was an excellent experience for us and we will definitely go back to this resorts

The pictures on your website make it look peaceful and tranquil, but it’s more like spring break on the Las Vegas strip. I got a head ACH every time I left my room. There is not enough shade outside and I got super sunburned. The beach is not groomed. There was lots of seaweed on the sand. There are lots of rocks, which I cut my leg on, and the swimming area is very narrow. The food was excellent!

1. the proeprty is kind of old， but well maintained. Room feels humid when the AC is on. overall comfortable except the humidity. 2. dinner menu is excellent, breakfast and lunch buffet is always the same, only one restaurant is open for lunch / breakfast. lots of cocktail options. sepcial items like lobster/ tomhawk steak are charged 60~200 usd. coconut is only served from 12 pm to 1pm and cost 10 usd. 3. not enough shaded beach beds/ chairs. many chairs with shade is occupied by belongs all day and the hotel never manages them. 4.Need to be on the waitlist for dinner. 5. Paola seems always ignored me when i am in front of the Italian restuarant. 6. no early check-in before 3pm though one can dine before getting the room. super thanks i can stay until 5pm after checkout.

We came to stay as a family. We loved the staff and the amnesties in general. Everyone was welcoming and there weee plenty to do at the hotel. The beach is nice too and so is the food. The cons: too loud at night. Impossible to sleep. Also, the place needs renovations (AC wayyyy too old and loud, and some areas of the pools are cracking or shaving off for example). Still we were generally happy with our stay.
