We would never have imagined these words of yours, because faced with your request for a room change we did not what was possible, but the impossible (because we were almost fully booked), to give both couples a different accommodation, and having accepted the new accommodation in a positive way gave us the certainty of having done something that was appreciated by the customer. Dear guest, our hotel is on a hill, so we can enjoy the greenery of the mountains and pleasant, relaxing views. It is marked on google maps and just look at some photos or read the reviews of other guests to understand that we are not in the city centre. We are not very close to some places, but we are certainly in a strategic point, as the motorway is 3 km away, we are 20 km from Pompeii and 6 km from Vietri which is the first town on the Amalfi coast. A few steps from us (5 minutes on foot) is the millenary Benedictine abbey, from which many paths lead to the coast. Sometimes it's really just a matter of point of view. Thank you for appreciating our services and for rating your stay with us as "nice" overall. If you would like to come back, we will be happy to welcome you again as our guests.

Dear guest, the details used to comment on your stay with us have allowed us to remember your face and what happened well. We are sorry if we have given the impression of having been unhelpful and kind, really our intent and our actions meant anything but. First of all, we gave you directions on the phone on how to reach us, explaining which road signs to follow, because you had difficulty with the navigator. Upon arrival, one of our colleagues looked out along the road to show you the large car park, after which one of our employees offered to move your car to the small car park which is located right in front of the entrance, and which is normally paid and instead you have been given the opportunity to park for free. We are sorry that this means being rude to you.

Reluctantly, some cars were parked on the lawn due to a completely extraordinary situation that we had to manage in the best possible way. This has caused a restriction of the usable spaces.
