"One word to describe the property: Serene. The various gardens and our tatami Japanese style room really elevated our start. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their ways to accommodate my aunt’s request for some freezer space for her mochi. They also arranged a larger taxi to accommodate our luggages. The train station was only 5 mins walk from the hotel. I will definitely be back. Thank you. "

"We used the subway a lot, and the entrance right across the street from the hotel was very convenient. The breakfast buffet had extensive Asian and Western offerings, and of good quality. Note that the room was stayed in was small, and there is no lobby lounge."

"Stayed with a family of four, including two elementary age kids. Not sure what went wrong but we booked the room with the double bunk bed and the double twin beds and somehow we ended up with the single bunk and double twin. Tried to explain but something must have gotten lost in translation. We made due with the smaller room but we definitely could have used the bigger room. Nevertheless, the property itself was fine. Staff was friendly. And had some nice amenities with the free...

"My family and I found this hotel to be an excellent choice for our stay in Japan! The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was wonderful having laundry services available on the 4th floor, google translate helped read the machines directions and the machine washed and dried a load of clothes in two hours for $6.00 in Yen. Breakfast and dinner were a bit pricey but there are plenty of restaurants around the hotel to venture to and if your not willing to try some Japanese food...
