The staff were very helpful! They were attentive, fast to answer, and quick to keep our room nice and tidy. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They provided us with luggage transfers and that saved us so much stress not having to worry about carrying everything. We also loved the location. It was near a 7/11, a family mart. I think the most convenient was being by the hanzomon station.

Very clean hotel with an AMAZING LOCATION! The streets are nice and quiet and very close to both a 7/11 and family mart for snacks. Hanzomon station is quite literally in-front of the hotel so very convenient travel, Shibuya is just 4 stops away!

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Monterey Hanzomon! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were so kind and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was amazing—literally right by Hanzomon Station, which made getting around Tokyo so convenient, while the area itself was quiet and peaceful after a busy day exploring the city. We also loved being close to the Imperial Palace and having a more relaxed neighbourhood to come back to. Everything was well taken care of, and it honestly felt like the perfect home base for our Tokyo trip. We’d absolutely stay here again! 🇯🇵✨
