"In my opinion this was an amazing hotel from start to finish. You can tell this is a luxurious feel to it as soon as you get to the lobby. I will not compare hotels but just say what I liked and where I can see improvement so others can make informed decisions. 1. Location: This is farther from the chaos of Shibuya but that was intentional because I wanted to experience something more quiet this time in Tokyo. So if thats what you are looking for and still a 20-30 minute train ride from Shibuya area then this is great. Train stations is 3-5 minute walk depending on the entrance you want. Has a family mart across the street and New days within the hotel. 7/11 is 2 minute walk. 2. Staff: Amazing, helpful and friendly. If I needed more towel. Easy. If I needed change. Easy. They even delivered a parcel for me on Saturday during checkout and the place said they received it same day. Wow. Thank you. They even throw away unused luggage you dont want. They also place umbrellas for everyone outside to use. 3. Cleanliness: Very clean and housekeeping is very nice. I like that they are not cheap ad give 4 bottles of water. My only suggestion is to change the color of the shower curtain. It looks old for such a beautiful hotel. 4. Facilities: Has a restaurant but didn't use. Has gym but didn't use. Has laundry with real time status on TV, which is nice. I did use. FYI, its one of those 2 in 1 machines which means they dont dry that well. I prefer the separate dryers. Thank you 5/5"
