"As the hotel is located at the airport, it was convenient to use as our base for a few days in the Tokyo area. The Monorail and train take you quickly into the city and from there you can easily transfer to other trains, subway lines, taxi, or Uber. The rooms are small but could accommodate 4 large suitcases. The daily breakfast buffet offers a good assortment of Western & Japanese food. There are also numerous restaurants & shops in the connected Haneda Airport Garden. The staff were courteous and spoke English well."

"Even though there was online check in at reception it was still important to maintain the face-to-face welcome especially as a foreigner. I appreciate the clean room and amenities. I had breakfast on 28th floor and that was an unforgettable experience in the varied choices for breakfast to pick from."
