Wonderful staff, clean and well stocked rooms (all the bathroom/hygiene amenities you could possibly need restocked daily in the bathroom), perfect location with the Yurikamome station right out the front doors, and a great buffet breakfast with many western and Asian offerings. I would definitely stay here again.
