The hotel staff went above and beyond to help us send our luggage to our next hotel—they even accompanied us to the convenience store to get everything sorted. This is a great property to stay if you want to be a little bit further from the hustle and bustle. The area is quiet at night. There's quite a few convenience stores around the area too. The room was nice and more spacious than I thought it would be. The washing machine was nice to have in the room.

We loved this hotel it’s not in the heart of the hustle and bustle but it was close to the train station and some dining. It was about a 15mins walk to the Tokyo Tower. The room we had had two beds and a bunk bed with a small dining table area perfect for our family of 4 enough space for our luggage and still walk around. Staff here was very friendly and spoke some English. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Hotel was located in the perfect location where it was central to a lot of different areas in Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with anything you needed. Will definitely come back whenever I go back to Japan.
