“My family stayed here on our first day in Tokyo. The surroundings were quiet, and the room was well-organized, allowing us to rest comfortably. I accidentally left my car keys behind when I checked out. Although the staff tried to contact me—and I missed the message— they went to great lengths to send the lost item to me even after I had already left Tokyo. While the accommodation itself was comfortable and excellent, I was deeply impressed by the assistance provided after checkout. Thanks to...

We couldn't have asked for anything else. There is a ambulance nearby if you are really sensative to sound. We were exhausted everyday from walking and shopping around that we basically didn't notice it. If you are needing somewhere calm to stay but able to go into the city this is your spot. Will be staying again on my next...

“This place was great. Normally I stay at a major chain hotel in Shinjuku but I think I will be staying here from now on. The floor-to-ceiling windows let in so much light and the space is open and feels really airy. The powered window shades are also great when you want to sleep in too. Glad there was a washer and dryer unit, because I'm a sweaty boy, especially in humid end-of-summer September. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the big shower and bathroom were also super nice. Fridge was nice to...
