This hotel embodied Japanese hospitality to a tee. The staff are just wonderful, I wish we could take them home!! Room was very comfortable- best beds we’ve slept on the entire trip. We had an earthquake during our stay and the staff were professional and very well rehearsed. Buffet breakfast was good too. Can’t recommend high enough!

The hotel was located in a great area, felt a bit like Time Square in New York, great atmosphere, staff were excellent in customer service and nothing was too much to ask. My only feed back for the hotel was there was no drawers to put underwear , socks etc when you were staying a few days. I would certainly stay there again

The room is small, but functional. Convenient location to many shops and stores. Starbucks is right below the hotel. The view from the hotel is excellent. The offers great view of the entire city of Tokyo. The property is clean and well maintained. The paid breakfast has excellent selections. The only drawback is that it is 30 minutes car ride away from Tokyo Station.
