Really nice hotel. We had a room on the 36th floor so we had a spectacular view of the city. Great breakfast buffet. Conveniently located walking distance to Shinjuku station. Shinjuku is kind of crazy and not really to my liking but the hotel was great.

When I arrived the staff were extremely kind and helpful as I checked in. Finding the entrance to the hotel was a bit of a challenge but once you find it, it is very easy to find your way to the reception. The room was beautiful and clean. The location was very convenient located to most attractions and train stations. Overall was an amazing stay would recommend any day.
