"Excellent stay, and I appreciate the hotel adding in an extra night for our 3 rooms during a busy New Years break. It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Tokyo, but well served with the train and subway lines and having the Ariake Gardens attached directly to the hotel was a nice bonus! We would stay here again."

"AMAZING breakfast! Excellent location and a very spacious room compared to other hotels in Japan. The room was spotless and extremely well maintained. The only downside was the limited laundry facilities. There are only three machines, and unfortunately they were always in use. We tried morning, afternoon, and night without success, so we had to wait until our next stay to do laundry. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended."

"Rooms and lobby are always spotless. It was nice to see our room to be so full of space, especially when it came to the room to be the cheapest option. And breakfast was amazing, it was plentiful despite crowds. Though, my partner and I find ourselves enjoying the variety of options everyday of our stay here. "

"Great location. Less than a block from Ryogoku station. This neighborhood has to s of sumo history and interesting restaurants owned by some of the wrestlers. We felt safe all the time. "

"Was very nice having plenty of dining options open late during our stay. The rooms were not very big but that was expected. We spent one night there and enjoyed being around so much around Shinjuku."
