Ginza, Tokyo hotel rooms at the Oakwood

"I loved staying at this hotel and appreciated it even more after moving to the Marriott, which seemed very cold and sterile compared to the Niwa. From the super polite front desk people (we received a very deep bow from one when boarding the elevator to our room the first time) to the little touches such as an air cleaner/humidifier, tea service tray and bluetooth speaker in the room, the Hotel Niwa is a very nice place to stay. You feel like you are experiencing the real Japan here."

"Excellent location in Terminal 3 of the Haneda airport. It’s an excellent option for that one nigth before departure. It has a variety of stores to shop and restaurants to eat. Very clean and comfortable. "

"Very convenient drop off from airport limousine bus right at the door. It is quite close to the subway station. It is quite a walk from the main tourist area if you want to be very close to the shopping area. It is on the more quiet side of Shinjuku. There is a lot of good restaurant nearby. The hotel itself is clean and staff are very nice. Room is super small but expected in Tokyo area."

"Everything was contactless, hotel room was smaller than imagined, decent but more closer to 3 stars not 4 stars. Liked it was easy to check in and out also can store luggage for free. Location is the best thing about this hotel, close to subway station and major shopping and restaurant area. "
