If you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel with close transportation this is a great property for that. I was not happy about the stay because the photos online looked liked the property was fully renovated but it wasn’t. What bothered me the most was the smell of the drain from the washroom smelt like sewage coming out and it smelled so bad during my stay. I asked for a room change but the same smell was still there. The room was so small and lots of dirty stains on the walls/carpet. I would not stay here again.

Hotel staff were not helpful when trying to ask for ways to get to the airport. Cleaning service only consists of taking out trash and providing new towels- even if you stay for long periods of time. Most disappointing stay in Japan compared to many other hotels during my trip.

Convenient location and comfortable stay. While the property is a little dated it's not that bad, so the main thing dragging this rating down is cleanliness. With a little more attention to detail, this place can be an incredible value stay. Dust bunnies and stains on the carpet can be cleaned. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Super convenient location and was clean. They only offer limited cleaning such as new towels and taking out the trash. Nearby lawson,711, and family mart. Lots of shopping and dining nearby.
