"Check in was fast and staff was helpful and spoke English. Rooms were clean with a big soaking tub ( especially after a long day of walking!) and had great amenities, including a public bath and self service laundry in the basement. Fantastic location in the middle of Ginza, close to 3 metro lines, walkable to shopping and food. Narita limousine bus drop on/off is across the street. Would definitely stay here again. "

I was staying on the godzilla floor and the view from the room was breathtaking. you could see the whole city for miles. I see myself coming back to this hotel next time I'm in Japan. "The location is super convenient—just a short walk from the train station with plenty of shops around. But there's one thing that really needs to be improved: the washing machines. They only have two, and each wash takes a solid two hours. Plus, you can’t reserve them in advance. It’s such a hassle having to trek up to the second floor to see if one’s free. I tried to wash my clothes four times during my six-day stay but only managed to get one load done. I wasn’t lucky enough to wash again!"
