"I had a very good experience last time I was there but this time it wasn’t as good. Now, they don’t clean the rooms or change bed linens every day, unless you request it. On the last day, when we tried to store our luggages at the front desk after we checked out, one of the staff was very rude to us. Next time, we will consider a different hotel."

"Room was very clean and staff were polite and helpful. Room was small, cosy and had all the necessary amenities including a smart TV which allowed you to sign in to your own netflix or prime accounts (plus a few others). Hotel is located near to a subway station so it was easy to get around, and there are around 4 convenience stores in the immediate area. "
