Great value for the price. In a really nice quiet residential neighbourhood but easy to get to. Only about a 30 minute walk to central Ginza. Would highly recommend!

The room was very clean and tidy, and although small very comfortable. The service is great, as the staff were very helpful and kind. And we were blown by the consideration of the cleaning staff, that left clean towels outside of the door (due to the “do not disturb sign”). 100/100

Pretty hotel in a quiet area Close to supermarkets, coffee and bakery and restaurants 10-15 min walk to different train stations There's a amenities table for essentials suck as hair ties or toothbrush Bath salt bar with dried flowers And essential oils (super nice after a long day of sightseeing) Rooms are small but tidy Bathroom was a good size

The nicest hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The rooms were spacious and the lobby modern and welcoming. The neighbourhood is quiet but still not too far away from the centre. There are lots of food options nearby and underground 10 m away, as well as the airport shuttle. Free aromatherapy and salts bags for your bath give the place a little special touch. Very kind staff. Highly recommended.

This hotel exceeded my expectations and would be so much more expensive in the US. Location was close to the Tokyo airport and only 2 blocks away from the airport shuttle bus which is more affordable than an Uber and faster and more convenient than the metro when going to the airport. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, also decorated nicely. Usually hotels look better in the photos but this hotel is even nicer in person. The amenities were great too. Loved the complimentary bath and salt oils, the Japanese lounge wear/pjs, and the breakfast was excellent. Also we used the laundry room several times. Very easy to use and convenient. Staff was very kind and helpful. And there is 24hrs grocery store right across the street. I would definitely stay here again!

Really nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood of Tokyo. The hotel and restaurant were both great, although the rooms are small, as is common in Japan. I only wish the hotel had a small gym, but aside from that, it was a great stay.

This was a great hotel. The rooms were lovely, with a decent size for the three of us. And even a little balcony of the bedroom. The breakfast was superb, with lots of food choices. Great breakfast room two, which was really relaxing. It was in a quiet, safe location with easy access to lots of train stations. We stayed four nights and it really met our expectations. Thank you to the great hotel staff for a wonderful stay.

The hotel’s public areas are stunning and staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but way too small for our suitcases and souvenirs. We LOVED the breakfast and highly recommend it! What was challenging for us as a family of 3 was that neither of the two beds were large enough for a tall, wide man and his wife to sleep in comfortably. They were much too narrow, and the pillows were uncomfortable. Also, there’s nowhere to really store your clothes and items so we were stuck stashing everything on every available surface we had. We truly had a wonderful stay and don’t want to discourage anyone from staying here, but leaving details in my review so other families can be aware and decide whether or not it’s the right place for them to stay. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place for couples and solo travelers - it’s an exceptional hotel, just not set up for families to be fully comfortable.
