The hotel stay was excellent! My family - my wife, 3 teenage sons, and I - stayed in the adjoining 3-person rooms. The hotel staff were very helpful, the rooms were nice and clean, and the location - close to subway/train stations, the Imperial Palace, and Ginza - was great. Having free snacks in the afternoon/evening in the 2nd floor lounge/dining area was a bonus. I’d recommend this hotel to any traveler(s).

Overall, the hotel is outstanding. It offers an excellent breakfast, and having a washer and dryer in the room is a real advantage. It's very close to Tokyo Station, making it extremely convenient for shopping and dining.

Room was very spacious! Beds were somewhat comfortable. A bit stiff . While breakfast was good, I would've preferred more breakfast options as I am not used to eating lunch meals such as pot roast , chicken parm or chicken and mushroom sauce at 7 in the morning . Besides that, we loved the complimentary snacks and sake and facial creams! And the view from the 15th floor was so beautiful!

This was by far the best hotel I've been to. Cleanliness is extremely important to me and they nailed it. They were also very helpful with directions and any other additional requests. I would definitely come back to Japan just for this hotel.
