The breakfast is very expensive atleast $30per person, so it would be great if the hotel could offer better breakfast deals or packages. The location is excellent and very convenient, so we highly recommend staying here. We also loved having convenient shops inside the hotel, especially Tully’s Coffee and 7-Eleven. The staff were lovely and friendly, and the prices were very reasonable for a quick meal or coffee. Overall, a great and convenient place to stay.

The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working fully so our room was not cool enough. Location is great, minutes from Shinagawa station although it is an incline hill down, making it a slight tough walk on a hot day going back to the hotel as its upward slope. The small 7-11 on premise was very convenient!

Pros - Hotel room whilst tired and in need of refurb was clean and comfortable - Foyer modern and spacious - Nearby Shingawa Station Convenient for Shinkansen and Train to Haneda Airport Cons - Location - positions itself as very near the station - in reality it is 500m away up a steep hill which makes travelling with luggage from station impractical and hot in warm weather - Several hotels with similar name in vicinity so easy to go to wrong hotel - There is a shuttle bus but it does not go directly to/from Shingawa Station - Water from poorly fitting shower curtain leaked all over bathroom floor causing slip hazard - Pool apparently has quite an expensive surcharge to use and is not included in price

Very clean and room are bigger. Location is quiet and quick access to taxi. The train station is close and 7 eleven is also close. I definitely will come back
