Location was good however after a long travel Day we had asked if we would be able to check in at 3pm rather than 4pm and were Told no as staff was still cleaning so we sat outside the unit until 4 o’clock only for no one to ever leave the room so was already ready the hole Time we sat outside and waited.

Had a great time, the location was perfect for our group. Close enough for everything bus and train. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The entire place was clean and had ac in every room, love that it had its own laundry. The tv was HUGE, great for group game activity or a movie night. Room was smaller than we expected for 8 people. From the photos it seemed bigger but it wasn’t a deal breaker. But if you have a max of 10 people, the bathroom, toilet, dining and luggage space situation might be a huge challenge.

The place was well thought out and had all the necessities. It was clean and quiet. Very conveniently located, too - close to several major transit stations. Initially I thought I was not going to like the pillows, which were almost like beanbags, but now I want to know where to get one for myself, as I slept so soundly. I have no complaints and would happily stay there again.

riting We rented the studio, but based on the floor plan, we thought we had booked a unit with a separate bedroom, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall, though, the studio was clean, comfortable, and met our basic needs. We really appreciated that the air conditioning was already on when we checked in, making the room nice and cool after our arrival. The shower was excellent, with great water pressure and refreshing cold water, which was perfect after a hot day. The in-unit washer was also a huge plus and made our stay much more convenient.

Highly recommend for a stay in Tokyo! Family of 4 and it was perfect for us. Had all the amenities. Two bedrooms and we got our own bed! Great location, walkable to Shinjuku area but in a quiet neighbourhood. Check in and out was so smooth, we got in later after a long delayed flight and it was all very easy. Loved our stay here.

Cosy place for one/two families who want something more than just a hotel room and wouldn’t mind a bit of walking to transport. Good amenities and good communication about check-ins and check-outs.

Stayed here during the marathon week/weekend and it was a game changer vs a hotel. There were 3 of us including my husband and daughter, and the space was perfect. Our daughter slept in the loft above so had plenty of privacy. We had an extra bedroom with the bunks. Admittedly it might get a little tight with more than 5 people, but it worked great for us with 3….we had more than enough space. Two bathrooms, two showers, a kitchen to cook in for the marathon, and washer/dryer combo, and nice central location. Rec for anyone looking to have a little more independence than a hotel and pay the same price - if not cheaper.

Loved the feel of the area. Conveniently located near two train lines. Local stores right around the corner. I would definitely stay here again. The apartment was small but it’s what I was expecting and served its purpose. Overall I was very satisfied with my time here.

Family trip

Soacevjs nice, in a quiet area of town. It was easy to get to and close to the train stations. The rooms noce ans spacious but the batbrooms were tiny. Also there are no windows that you can open and they are completely covered. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Great for the price!

This place is a one bedroom studio that can accommodate up to 5 people. The beds are comfortable and the place is clean. It’s close to Korea Town and has a lot of dining places within 5-10 minutes walking distance. The area is quiet and clean. There are many convenient stores nearby. It’s a nice cozy place and I would stay here again.

The staff was extremely courteous. The room had a few issues regarding connection to the Wi-Fi. The staff were prompt to send a staff member to address the issue but it continued to drop out at random after that fix. Additionally, I think due to the temperature change in the shower after use, it would intermittently make a banging sound for up to 2 hours after use. The room was clean and well-equipped. Check-out time is 1 hour earlier than other hotels.

A good sized room for a family of 5 as there were 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. Place is very clean though have to get used to the Japanese garbage system when throwing out our thrash. Location wise a bit of a walk to the train stations (between 300m to 1km) depending on where you are heading. A quiet and safe location. For Muslims it’s also close by to halal restaurants (Indian, Indonesian tho not Japanese). Overall highly recommended for a good long stay in Tokyo.
