"The hotel location was great. I be honest, I got lost getting there when getting off the train station but after 20 mins found the hotel. Convenient location, short walk to Shibuya shopping areas and transportation. One of the things I love is that we have an Family Mart across the hotel open 24 hrs. Near by coffee shop right on Kitaya Park. The rooms are not that big. The one I booked had 2 beds but the space is limited. If you have a big multiple carry on you will struggle. The only thing that was a little of the downside was the room has this little smell of moisture. Not sure if it was just that room, but overall it was ok."
