"The rooms were clean and very well maintained.No need to bring any amnesties from home.The hotel is walking distance to Shibuya crossing and shopping area.Its the perfect spot for a 2 week vacation for me and my family.IlThere are restaurants down stairs and walking distance from Family mart."

"This is a nice hotel to stay at when you need to catch a flight. Easy walk, on the same floor, from the arrival area to the hotel. Although the lobby is big, congested and a bit confusing, it becomes quiet and pleasant once in the room. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There are many dining options on the bottom floor of the Haneda Airport Garden which is connected to the hotel. The buffet breakfast at the VF Grand hotel was very good with lots of selections."

"Location and staff were amazing! Also was a huge help that the hotel is a limo bus stop to just relax after a long flight and be drop off right to the lobby. The front desk also helped me figure out how to do my luggage transfer so I didn’t have to carry my giant suitcase to the Shinkansen."
