We had the most fabulous stay at this property. Our room was sizeable, immaculately clean and well serviced. Everything was seamless at this hotel and made for a very comfortable base after many very busy days in Tokyo. Super conveniently located for travel and always felt safe. The service was excellent. Thank you to the front desk staff and concierge staff for all the help with taxis, directions, and calling restaurants for us. Special thanks to Yuna for helping us find the right train at Tokyo Station at the end of our stay. Also thank you so much for the breakfast staff who helped us get everything we needed each morning, especially for our child who is gluten free. Our deluxe premium room was large and so sunny This hotel is convenient to the subway and Ginza and is a serene respite from busy days in Tokyo.

The hotel is conveniently located outside Tokyo station which lots of dining options shoppings surrounding it. Besides, the service was excellent and the room was good size and clean. We really enjoyed the freshly baked madeleines. They were so good and delicious. However, we were disappointed with the toilet bowl. We had stayed in a few hotels prior to checking in Four Seasons on this trip. All the hotels we had stayed, from 3-stars to 5-stars, had the most updated toilet bowls with remote control flushing. This hotel is still using the conventional flushing.

Great place to stay if looking for a place near Ginza. Very nice rooms (probably more on the modern side and not the cozy/warm side). People complain about train noise but it’s charming and a part of central Tokyo IMO. A noise maker app using the in room Bose speaker drowns it out at night. About a 10min walk to Ginza and <5min walk to trains. Staff are SUPER nice and friendly. Concierge made us an unforgettable sushi omakase experience. Highly recommend.

We’re very happy with our stay here. Exceptional service!!! All the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful, and I say this with comparison to other four seasons hotels in Japan. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. They were very patient and helpful in offering us trip tips and guiding us to the stations, actually platforms we needed to go. Room was also clean and quiet, everything worked great. Definitely will stay here again next time we’re in Tokyo. Thanks!

I had an excellent vacation stay here - so much so that I canceled a different hotel I had booked in Tokyo to come back. Every staff member was wonderful and they went above and beyond in every way - I wish I wrote down more names, but would like to thank Quentin, Matsao, and Keiju among others. If you stay, I recommend the breakfast, which has a lovely champagne and breakfast bar - it was a lovely highlight before and the walking! Everything was very clean in rooms, just a couple areas in the spa room needed a little love in the high moisture areas. View looked out to a construction site, but I didn’t hear any noise. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The service was impeccable...perfect in every way. Location is great, very close to Tokyo Station. The rooms are very good, although not quite up to the standard of what I would consider 5 Star. We were very happy with our stay, and I would probably give 5 stars if the price wasn't quite as high. You are paying for the Four Seasons name, and there are other 5 Star hotels in Tokyo that are not only a better value, but a better overall experience. Thank you to the staff, who could not have been more welcoming, more accommodating, and more helpful during our stay. Well done.
