This is one of the most beautifully designed hotels in Tokyo. The staff is superb and attentive. The view from the main lobby is surreal. When we arrived, Mt Fuji was cleared of clouds and easy to see through sunset. Magical!

Beautiful property with luxury amenities. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The concierge made all the arrangements for our stay. From dinner reservations to activities, all were done to make our stay as stress free as possible.
